Anyone heard of the Womens Health Initiative study released last month? - data of womens bmi
I have a critical assessment of Dr. Dean Ornish in http://www.rd.com/content/dr-dean-ornish ... it is essentially worthless or misleading because it not enough to change your diet. Obviously, further clouded because the waters concluded that "a low fat diet does not reduce health risks.
This is exactly the opposite of what Dr. Ornish found. He says on page 2 of the data contained in their own controlled studies, but the people have changed their diet and lifestyle, further progress is measured. Recommended in order to reverse the disease, people need to make changes far greater than most doctors had. If we reverse the disease, then it's even easier to avoid. "
I think it was in the October 2007 Reader's Digest.
